ACTOR/ACTRESS SIGN-UP APPLICATION TERMS OF USE

Introduction

illadelStyles Entertainment LLC and EQ Films Productions ("Production Companies") are hosting a virtual casting call for a film project. By submitting this application, you ("Applicant") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Eligibility

The virtual casting call is open to males and females between the ages of 18 and 25.

Applicants must submit their application and payment by April 19, 2025, 11:59 PM EST.

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of $25 is required to participate in the virtual casting call.

Virtual Casting Call Details

The virtual casting call will take place on April 20, 2025.

Selected applicants will be notified of their selection and provided with further instructions.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting this application, Applicant grants Production Companies the right to use their name, likeness, and performance for promotional and marketing purposes.

Selected applicants will receive IMDB credit and movie promotion.

Applicant agrees to hold harmless Production Companies, their officers, directors, employees, and agents against any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from their participation in the virtual casting call and/or the film project.

Applicant understands that their selection for the film project is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of Production Companies.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Acknowledgement

By submitting this application, Applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
